An overview of the SCOPUS CAPITAL method

“Deep Expertise, respect for all stakeholders and professional network contribute to our success. And the way these different strengths interact at SCOPUS is what makes us unique in the market.”

Dirk Roesing und Andreas Gerrit Müller

Welcome to your Premium Alternative Investment Manager.

SCOPUS CAPITAL develops and manages alternative investments in Germany, Austria, and the United States. Through many years of experience our focus lies on real estate investments. Having financed over 90 real estate projects over the last years, SCOPUS CAPITAL is one of the German market leaders in commercial real estate mezzanine financings.

Dirk Roesing and Andreas G. Müller founded SCOPUS CAPITAL in 2012 after not being able to find on the current market the kind of investments they wanted for themselves. Since then, this most important principle has defined the DNA of SCOPUS CAPITAL and the way we work as an investment manager: every investment has to be as attractive and thoroughly managed as it would have been done solely for ourselves. Based on that principle, SCOPUS shareholders and employees also invest in every single SCOPUS investment.

Confidence
Success

In addition to the extensive market knowledge and investment experience, SCOPUS CAPITAL has developed a set of individual selective investment criteria for a variety of investment products, which define our investment selection, but also the technical implementation and risk management. These investment criteria are constantly being refined against the backdrop of the dynamic market environment.

SCOPUS CAPITAL is working with an extensive and partly exclusive deal flow – a decisive enabling factor for a first-class implementation of the defined investment criteria and strategy. The investment selection is also based on a deep comparative data analysis, for which SCOPUS uses external data sources as well as an extensive, exclusive company database of comparable projects, financing inquiries and key market figures, that has been built up over SCOPUS’ many years of market presence.

The technical implementation is tailor-made for each investment and is based on SCOPUS CAPITAL yearlong experience and gathered expertise. From start to finish of each investment, SCOPUS pursues a systematic and active investment management.

The result of applying the Investment Method of SCOPUS Capital generates investment products of the highest standards, a standard in which we are so convinced of, that the shareholders of SCOPUS CAPITAL invest their own money into every single SCOPUS investment together with our clients.
